- Unfortunately, it can happen that the long-awaited holidays must be canceled for unexpected reasons. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of consumer protection - however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, except for the down payment, no additional cancellation fees apply.
- For cancellations within 29 to 14 days before arrival, a fee of 80 % of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For cancellations within 13 days before arrival, a fee of 100 % of the total booked amount will be charged.
- For early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100 % will be charged for the booked but not used days.
Communication according to part III, title III, paragraph I of the consumer protection codex (legislative decree 206/2005).To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. - On the day of arrival, your apartment is ready at about 3 p.m.On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 9 a.m.
- The daily prices are intended for a basic occupation of 2 people, 10 % VAT and final cleaning included.Daily price for additional people:
- Children till the age of 2.9 years € 15.-
- Children from 3 to 13.9 years € 30.-
- Children from 14 to 17.9 years € 33.-
- Every other additional person € 35.00.-
- To confirm your booking of your apartment in Merano, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total amount. As soon as we receive the payment, we will send you a written booking confirmation. Now, your booking is binding.Our bank details

This is how you reach Residence Neuhäuslhof in Merano
Arrival by car
Arriving from Reschen Pass:
From Töll (Forst brewery) along the ring road Merano/Bolzano to the exit Merano Sud/Sinigo. Turn left in the direction of Merano. Then follow the yellow route, passing the botanical garden to the roundabout. Take the third exit and turn right to Via Planta.
Arriving from Brennero Pass (motorway):
Take the motorway exit Bolzano Sud and turn on the highway Merano/Bolzano (MeBo). Follow the highway to the exit Merano Sud/Sinigo. Turn right on the national road n. 38 to Merano. Then follow the yellow route, passing the botanical garden to the roundabout. Take the third exit and turn right to Via Planta.
By train or bus
Arrival by train:
All IC and EC trains from Munich to Verona stop in Bolzano. From there, the regional train takes you to Merano every 30 minutes. You can reach Neuhäuslhof by public transport. The bus stop is only 10 walking minutes from our house. More information and saver fares are available here: https://int.bahn.de/en
Arrival by bus:
Take the bus from Germany, Switzerland, or Austria to Merano and surroundings in South Tyrol. The bus connection “Meraner Land Express” takes you from Munich to Merano every Wednesday and Saturday from the end of March to the beginning of November, incl. shuttle service to the accommodation and back. Furthermore, MeinFernbus.de offers a bus transfer from different cities all over Germany via Munich and Innsbruck to Merano all year round.
Arrival by plane

South Tyrol’s local airport Bolzano Dolomites is located in Bozen. Sky Alps offers flights from many different cities in Europe to Bolzano.
Around South Tyrol, there are many other airports, which allow you to reach Merano in no time. Among them are the airports of Innsbruck (north) and Verona (south), both reachable in about 2 hours. From Munich airport, you can comfortably go to Merano by train in about 4 hours. Also, the airports in Bergamo, Treviso, and Venice are not far away.
